Polkadot recently launched a new community token called PINK. It’s a MEMECoin designed to bring people together and make the network more fun and collaborative.
Sharing the Pink Love: Fair Distribution
PINK is all about rewarding those who help Polkadot grow.There’s a total supply of 2.3 billion PINK tokens, matching Polkadot’s special code. Out of these, a big chunk (12.5%) is being given away to different parachains, Currently 14 teams are eligible for this Airdrop. These parachains can then share their PINK with their own communities, however they see fit.
Learning and Earning with PINKDROP
To get people excited about PINK, there’s a cool browser game called PINKDROP. It’s like a fun puzzle where you connect balls representing different parts of Polkadot. By playing, you learn how the network works and even get rewarded with PINK tokens (15% of the total supply is up for grabs for players!).

Polkadot is taking things further by making PINK useful in games. An update to PINKDROP will introduce tournaments where players can win PINK.
